Hawk's galley countertop, sinks and fiddles are one integral piece of Corian.  The green piece is a cutting board that slots into the top of one sink.

Hawk's bulkheads, sole and cabinets are made from cored panels with either mahogany or fiberglass skins.

The navigation station has an auto racing chair and Beth's writing desk has a standard office chair bolted to the cabin sole. The two desk surfaces are Corian.

We use a Refleks heater to heat the boat, shown with its hotplate and diesel day tank in the bottom photo. This is a great unit for remote high latitude places, as it consumes no electricity and is extremely reliable as it has no moving parts. We keep a tea kettle on the hot plate most of the time in cold weather.
